Baking Classes

Terms and Conditions:

  • Fees are not refundable to the customer should they fail to attend the class. Alternatively you can choose to purchase any items from our shop at the same value.
  • Minimum participants required for each class are 5 persons.
  • Kindly proceed to our shop for registration, seats will only be reserved upon payment receive.

Buttercream pattern

Day 1:
– Learn technique to use nozzle
– Shell borders, rosette, ruffle, roses, leaf, writing and more

Day 2:
– Design and decorate whole cake by buttercream
– Slice –> frost –> borders –> flower –> writing –> completion

** Certificate of attendance will be issue upon completion of 2 days workshop.
